As a wholesale distributor, FairWeather rely on their technology to manage and oversee each stage of the process from an order to shipping to fulfilment. Moving into the retail market and direct contact with the customer FairWeather wanted even more transparency. With that in mind, QMTech implemented a custom process encompassing orders right through to shipping and fufillment, integrating various partners with FWT.
